Use the app for authorized LH work.

These concise terms govern the private LH Irrigation employee workflow. They are not commercial customer software terms.

Internal product boundary

The app records field work for office review. It does not automatically deliver reports, estimates, emails, or texts to clients.

01 · Access

Authorized use

Use the app only for assigned LH work and only through your own account. Keep credentials, device passcodes, client information, property maps, pricing, photos, and inspection evidence confidential. Do not share, export, alter, or reuse them outside your job duties.

Field observations, timestamps, photos, map pins, controller details, and completion status must truthfully reflect the work performed. Report mistakes, lost devices, suspicious access, and unsynced work promptly.

02 · Administration

Access can change

LH may suspend, limit, or revoke access to protect its operations, investigate an issue, accommodate role changes, or complete offboarding. Business records remain subject to LH retention, confidentiality, safety, insurance, contractual, and legal requirements.

Use of the product is also subject to the privacy policy and applicable LH workplace policies.

03 · Scope

Not a customer agreement

These internal terms do not create a customer software license, subscription, service-level agreement, data processing agreement, warranty, or commercial support commitment. Apple platform terms may apply separately.

Review required before external sale

Before LH sells, licenses, or offers this product to another company, it should replace or supplement this page with counsel-reviewed commercial terms, privacy terms, and a data processing agreement as appropriate.
