LH Irrigation security

Protection without overpromising.

LH uses layered access, storage, and operating controls for its private employee field and office workflow.

Report a security concern

Email jesse@lh-landscape.com immediately. Do not include a password, authentication code, or sensitive field evidence in the message.

01 · Access

Authorized staff only

Accounts are issued for LH work and can be disabled when access is no longer required. Role-based permissions, database access rules, office multi-factor authentication, and private time-limited file links restrict access according to job duties.

Staff must use their own account, protect the device passcode and credentials, and report a lost, replaced, or shared device promptly.

02 · Data

Field evidence safeguards

Data is encrypted in transit. Submitted photos and records are stored in private services, while local drafts use iOS file-protection controls. Precise location is requested only during the photo evidence workflow when the technician permits it. The app does not perform continuous or background location tracking.

The current product keeps client delivery outside the app. A completed inspection is available to authorized office staff for review; it is not automatically emailed or texted to a client.

03 · Responsibility

Security is a shared practice

LH, its staff, device platforms, and infrastructure providers each have responsibilities. Controls reduce risk but no system can guarantee absolute security. LH reviews access, vendors, incidents, and offboarding as operational processes.

No certification claim

This page does not claim that LH Irrigation is SOC 2, ISO 27001, or independently penetration-test certified. Any external customer launch should complete counsel and security review before making additional assurances.
