Current accessibility approach

The product uses semantic headings and labels, visible keyboard focus, large touch targets, reduced-motion support, clear status language, and an English/Spanish technician workflow. It is designed to work with iOS text and accessibility settings where supported.

No conformance claim

LH has not published a WCAG conformance statement or VPAT for this internal product. Before an external customer launch, LH should complete an independent WCAG 2.2 AA review and document any applicable accommodations.

Email jesse@lh-landscape.com with the device, page or step, task you were trying to complete, and the accommodation or preferred format that would help. Do not include a password, authentication code, or unnecessary client evidence.

LH will provide a reasonable alternate way to complete an essential work task while the issue is reviewed when practicable.
